Proposed Military Pay Charts for 2016

President Obama’s FY 2016 budget proposal includes a 1.3 percent increase in military pay for 2016 – a small increase over the 1 percent 2014 and 2015 pay increases. The proposed 2016 monthly pay, which, if approved by Congress, would go into effect on January 1, 2016.
